### Minimum Qualification

*   Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as BI engineer or similar role
*   Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and database design.
*   Strong data visualization skills using tools like Power BI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight etc
*   Knowledge on Connecting multiple data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence
*   Experience working with cloud Data Warehouse solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery etc.
*   Experience in organizing KPIs and dashboards as well as reading metric trends to evaluate business performance
*   Experience in gathering BI requirements and structuring specifications to produce business-relevant datasets, reports and dashboards
*   Passion for democratizing data effectively to the wider organization for self-service
*   Keenness to innovate and improve the BI process beyond basic reporting
*   Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both the business and the technical side
*   Proven ability to work independently and with a team
*   Ability to guide other BI engineers
