Cato Networks is seeking a high-impact SASE GTM Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to accelerate sales execution and improve conversion rates across the EMEA region. In this role, you will serve as a regional product marketing subject matter expert (SME), working closely with sales leadership, sales engineers, and customer success teams to help sellers win faster and more effectively.

Key Responsibilities 
 


* Accelerate early-stage pipeline—shape campaigns by use-case, vertical, and cross-sell motion; sharpen discovery and qualification assets; and partner with RevOps to curate high-priority account lists.
* Run launch activation for every new feature or release, delivering region-ready messaging, demos, snackable content, and “rolling-thunder” internal webinars that keep the field engaged.
* Equip the field with playbooks—talk tracks, objection handling, competitive angles—and reinforce them through hands-on regional training and accountability checkpoints.
* Provide live deal support and feedback loops by joining weekly Deal-Reg and Pod calls, mining Gong recordings for best practices and gaps, and iterating content accordingly.
* Track impact and optimize—monitor Stage 1 → 2 conversion, win rates, and seller adoption to ensure continuous improvement.

* Strong domain expertise in SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security
* Analytical thinker comfortable with funnel analysis, win/loss data, and usage metrics
* Ability to influence across teams and executive stakeholders
* Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and cross-functional environments
