We’re Stockwell Reserve — a cooperative of independent, artisanal distilleries including Breuckelen Distilling in Brooklyn, NY and Santa Fe Spirits in New Mexico. We craft spirits with soul and stories with style. Every label, every post, every tasting note reflects our passion for real ingredients, local flavor, and uncompromising design.

This isn’t just marketing. This is storytelling through every pixel and post. You’re not just a designer or a content creator — you’re both. We’re looking for a Social & Design Manager to own our digital voice and visual identity across multiple brands in our growing portfolio and create show-stopping paid and organic content that grabs attention, grows our audience and keeps them coming back for more.

 

Based in Brooklyn, NY or Dallas, TX, you’ll be at the cultural intersection of craft, creativity, and community — building our brands across screens, feeds, events, and bars.

 

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE INCLUDES:

* Managing and growing our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) for Stockwell Reserve and our family of brands
* Building and executing content calendars, digital campaigns, and everyday engagement that drives awareness, trial, and loyalty
* Connecting with our audience on social- and sparking connections with brands, partners and influencers that share our vibe
* Designing standout content — from quick-turn social graphics to polished POS and print materials
* Creating and editing content for posts, stories, reels, TikToks, and other brand storytelling
* Capturing authentic, on-the-ground content at tastings, pop-ups, and activations in-market
* Supporting the sales team with trade-ready design assets (sell sheets, pitch decks, event signage & merchandise, etc.)
* Partnering with design agencies and freelancers when it makes sense
* Staying on top of the latest social trends and new platform features as they evolve
* Track what’s working (and what’s not), report back against KPIs, and help fine-tune our strategy with fresh, creative ideas

 

THE VIBE WE’RE AFTER:

* 3–5 years of experience in social media + graphic design (spirits, lifestyle, or food/beverage preferred)
* Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
* Experience working with a wide range of creative formats including: image, video, and link content, as well as formats such as ephemeral content, live videos, 360 videos and images and GIFs
* Strong knowledge of social content best practices and content specifications on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms
* Experience using social media tools such as Sprout Social or similar platforms
* Strong aesthetic judgment — you know what looks good, and how to make it work across mediums
* Confident writer and storyteller — on-brand, engaging, and clear
* Comfortable working independently, juggling deadlines, and taking creative ownership
* Deep cultural awareness — you know what’s trending, what’s tired, and what’s next
* Familiarity with alcohol marketing guidelines a plus (but not required)
* Must be 21+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., have clean driving record, and open to occasional travel
