We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead, who is looking to use their skills and experience to drive a positive social impact.

  

Futureheads is partnered with an inspirational non-profit that's undergoing a digital transformation programme. The org has a rich history of providing support to individuals, local communities and public health services across the UK, and they're currently developing a greenfield 'tech-for-good' platform to further facilitate their incredible mission.

  

With key workstreams now well underway, they're looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Lead that has previously devised & executed multi-channel campaigns within a B2B SaaS or digital platform environment.

  

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be an analytical and hands-on Digital Marketing Lead with a broad skillset that spans performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, as well as traditional marketing channels. Furthermore, you’ll require line management experience and the communication skills to align and influence different teams / stakeholders, but internally and externally.

  

Requirements:

  

✅ 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience.

✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.

✅ Demonstratable experience of overseeing successful multi-channel digital campaigns.

✅ Deep knowledge of performance marketing, demand generation, SEO, content marketing, social media and analytics.

✅ Experience of shaping and executing a content strategy and roadmap.

✅ B2B experience, preferably within a SaaS or platform-led business.

✅ Good knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.

✅ Familiar with HubSpot.

✅ Ability to analyse and interpret data to drive decision making and turn metrics into actionable insights.

✅ Great collaborator, but equally comfortable operating autonomously.

✅ Excellent project management skills.

✅ Purpose driven mindset, with a track record and/or interest in driving ‘tech-for-good’ initiatives.
