We are seeking a proactive, highly organizedExecutive Assistantto support our CEO, Matt, in managing high-impact meetings, communications, and light financial operations. While this role is remote, we are prioritizing candidates inAtlanta, GAwho can meet in person monthly. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 


* Executive Support

* Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming internal and external meetings
* Proactively prepare for sales and partner meetings (research, agenda prep, follow-up)
* Monitor and respond to key emails on behalf of the CEO; manage inbox flow and follow-ups
* Assist with travel bookings, special projects, and meeting notes

* Sales & CRM Coordination

* Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects, HubSpot partner managers, and strategic accounts
* Update and maintain contact records, notes, and follow-up tasks in HubSpot CRM

* Light Bookkeeping

* UseQuickBooks Onlineto send invoices, update client payments, and perform light reconciliation
* Track vendor payments and coordinate with the accountant on monthly close activities

* Admin Operations

* Maintain internal documentation and assist with onboarding/offboarding of team members or contractors
* Support preparation of leadership meeting materials or project trackers as needed 
 

Qualifications 
 


* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a founder or C-level leader
* Experience with QuickBooks Online for invoicing and light bookkeeping
* Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Workspace
* Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or a similar platform
* Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and anticipate needs
* Must reside in theAtlanta metro areaand be available for monthly in-person meetings
