In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 
 
Lead the strategic promotion of the flow instrumentation solutions portfolio in Latin America, highlighting its competitive advantages and key applications to drive demand generation and strengthen regional positioning. 
 
Collaborate closely with sales channels and local business leaders to complete marketing campaigns, coordinate product launches and sales force training, and support key customer activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
 
Develop market intelligence and B2B market participation increase strategies, crafting industry-specific materials, leading digital content, and representing the region in regional (LAM) and global forums to maximize visibility and growth opportunities.

You´re a professional with proven experience in industrial product marketing, specializing in flow instrumentation solutions. Defined by a strong customer orientation, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate technical advantages into clear and differentiated value propositions. 
 
Throughout your career, you have led regional launches, developed multichannel campaigns, and closely collaborated with sales teams to accelerate the adoption of technologies in more complex B2B markets. 
 
Driven by the challenge of connecting innovation with real market needs, and motivated to generate tangible impact on business growth. * Mastery in product management and strategic marketing, with the ability to lead market analysis, competitive positioning, campaign development, launch planning, and product lifecycle management in complex industrial environments.
* Lead by influence, combining effective communication and technical credibility to align cross-functional teams, catalyzing collaboration and generating dedication to advance central initiatives.
* Show strong presentation skills by presenting complex ideas, adapting the message to diverse audiences, and shaping impact through a structured narrative, supported by technical credibility.
* Analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, combined with critical thinking, effective prioritization, cross-functional communication, and experience in collaborative work within matrix structures and multicultural teams 
 
 

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: 
 


* University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, with a proven technical foundation that supports the understanding of complex industrial solutions and their strategic positioning in the market.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management in instrumentation or industrial technology industries, including market analysis, roadmap development, product lifecycle management, and working in matrix interpersonal structures
* Language proficiency: - English: advanced in English, with sufficient verbal and written proficiency to interact in global environments and actively participate in international groups.
* Spanish: mandatory as the primary working language in the region.
* Portuguese: desirable to facilitate communication in key markets, although not a mandatory requirement
