The following position is to join our RTX Process, Transformation and Systems (PST) Team. 
 
RTX has an opening for Associate Director, Lead Data Insights & Analytics Product Owner – Customer (Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation) role. 
 
In this role, you own and manage a portfolio of data insights and analytics products, in the opportunities to cash (O2C) domain, that enhance customer interactions, experience, and engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of customer-facing business processes combined with good product management skills to drive the development and delivery of data products that empower sales, marketing, and customer service teams. 
 
What You Will Do: 
 


* Lead the management and execution of a portfolio of customer-facing data insights and analytics products, including CRM, Customer Analytics, Sales Performance, Marketing Campaign Analytics, and Customer Support Insights.
* Develop, maintain, and communicate roadmaps for product development, from standard reporting, standard analysis, GenBI, and ensuring integration of AI readiness and adherence to robust security and compliance standards.
* Oversee the lifecycle of products from ideation through delivery, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative improvements based on user feedback and performance data.
* Research and evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to enhance and evolve the product portfolio.
* Act as liaison between customer-facing business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of business goals with technical execution.
* Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure product effectiveness and inform product optimization.
* Travel up to 25% domestically 
 
 

Qualifications You Must Have: 
 


* Minimum 12+ years’ experience in product ownership or product management experience in customer-facing domains such as sales, marketing, or customer service and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or Business Analytics or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 10+ years’ related work experience.
* Strong understanding of customer engagement processes and data requirements.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex data product portfolios.
* Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
* Knowledge of AI integration in data products and strong focus on data privacy and security compliance.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs to drive product improvements.
* U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements 
 
 

Qualifications We Prefer: 
 


* Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
* Certification in Product Management or Digital Marketing.
* Familiarity with personalization engines and AI-driven customer analytics.
* Experience in driving customer adoption and change management.
* Ability to Travel up to 25%

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
