Responsibilities:

  

*   Oversee SEO and social media campaigns using tools like SuperGrok and ChatGPT for adventure tourism and caravan park SMBs (30–65 years old).
*   Manage client communications via Zendesk, ensuring 24/7 support and 96% retention.
*   Lead a team of 2–5 staff, coordinating tasks via Cloudstaff Tap for efficiency.
*   Drive client acquisition (27 clients by Month 6, 41 by 2030), pitching “Customer Growth with AI Surge” to NZ SMBs.
*   Disclose Philippines team in client meetings as a cost-saving advantage (e.g., “Global expertise saves 50%”).
*   Deliver monthly reports via Xero for transparency.
*   Implement local SEO strategies (e.g., targeting “NZ adventure tourism SEO”) and partnerships with Tourism New Zealand for referrals.
