<strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong>

*   Total experience 10+ years
*   Strong working experience in technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow with specializing in ITSM Module, Service Portal, ServiceNow, ServiceNow ITAM
*   Experience in either of other modules i.e. HAM Pro, SAM pro or GRC or SPM or HRSD and ITIL knowledge.  
    Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
*   Strong understanding of ITIL principles
*   Strong Understanding of business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design.
*   Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component Integration Tests.
*   Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS)
*   Ability to explore and grasp new technologies.
*   Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
*   Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills .
*   Mentoring your team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies.

<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>

*   Writing and reviewing great quality configuration.
*   Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
*   Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
*   Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
*   Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
*   Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
*   Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
*   Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
*   Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects

Qualifications
--------------

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
