The Role:

 

As the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll take ownership of the company’s paid digital strategy—steering acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. With a strong focus on ROI, this is a high-impact role where performance marketing meets creativity and experimentation. You'll partner closely with in-house creatives and external collaborators to deliver fresh, conversion-driven campaigns that accelerate brand growth and customer engagement. This is a rare opportunity to lead strategy and execution for a brand with a cult following and bold expansion plans.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

* Own and scale multi-channel paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Instagram
* Strategically manage budgets, optimize spend, and increase overall marketing efficiency
* Use performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) to continuously refine campaigns
* Collaborate with design and content teams to produce thumb-stopping creative
* Run A/B tests to enhance targeting, messaging, and funnel performance
* Identify and test new paid acquisition channels and tactics
* Drive full-funnel growth—partnering on CRO and lifecycle strategies to improve conversion and retention
* Stay sharp on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor activity

 

What You Bring:

* 4–6+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
* A track record of driving measurable e-commerce growth, ideally within a DTC or Shopify-based brand
* Working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Webflow or similar tools
* Strength in analytics and reporting, with confidence interpreting performance metrics to drive action
* Familiarity with CRO best practices, testing frameworks, and customer journey mapping
* Bonus: Copywriting experience or involvement with influencer/UGC strategies
