Contact Center-Project Manager

 

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Contact Center-Project Manager for a 6 month contract who will be leading a project that is upgrading from Infinity to Amtelco Genesis.

Required Qualifications of the _Contact Center-Project Manager:_

* Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
* Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager preference is experience with Contact Center/Call Center solutions such as Amtelco Gensis.
* Must be able to work EST hours.

Responsibilities of the _Contact Center-Project Manager_:

* Will be the IT Project Manager over upgrading from Infinity and converting to Amtelco Genisis.

Work Location: 100% remote. Must be able to work EST hours.
