Our client is seeking TikTok Creator and Affiliate Manager to lead creator recruitment, performance, and strategy—driving real revenue, not just likes. 

Responsibilities:

* Scout, vet, and sign creators who fit each brand's voice and margin goals
* Write concise briefs that turn hooks and offers into high-converting videos
* Review weekly performance, deliver clear feedback, and scale winning content
* Surface emerging TikTok trends and feed ideas to creators and ads teams
* Own contracts, payments, and creator accountability
* Capture and systemise learnings into a reusable playbook
 
 

Requirements 
 


* 1+ year in creator/influencer, affiliate, or social-commerce marketing
* Deep grasp of TikTok content mechanics and e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV)
* Exceptional written English and communication skills
* Comfort with Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets
* Self-managed remote work with reliable overlap during UK hours
* Direct TikTok Shop experience
* Copywriting or basic video-editing skills is a plus
* Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle DTC background
