Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be instrumental in propelling CoDigital’s presence and reputation in the digital marketing sphere, focusing on the creation, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing strategies. This role demands a visionary individual with an expansive understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a solid history of success in similar positions. The successful candidate will be charged with developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, forging substantial client connections, and catalyzing revenue growth amidst a competitive digital environment.

  

Key Responsibilities:

*   Devise, implement, and refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost CoDigital's visibility and engagement with global enterprises.
*   Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new marketing opportunities and understand the digital needs of our international clientele.
*   Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target markets to ensure a deep understanding of their digital marketing needs.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure our digital marketing services align with client expectations and market demands.
*   Analyze digital marketing trends, keeping abreast of the latest innovations and competitive dynamics to ensure CoDigital remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
*   Provide leadership and direction to the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
*   Deliver comprehensive reports on digital marketing activities, performance metrics, market trends, and insights to the executive team.

  

Requirements:

*   Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role, with substantial experience in the digital marketing sector.
*   Deep knowledge of various digital marketing channels and strategies, with a keen understanding of how they can be leveraged to drive business growth on an international scale.
*   Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
*   Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to identify digital marketing opportunities and challenges in a global marketplace.
*   Experience leading and inspiring a digital marketing team towards achieving remarkable results.
*   Proficiency in English; additional language skills are considered a plus.
*   Specialized Experience Requirement: At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Performance Marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Influencer Marketing
