A mission-driven healthtech company is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead and evolve their brand during an exciting growth phase. This 6-month fixed-term role is fully remote (UK-based only), offering a salary of £50,000–£60,000 and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the women’s health space.

 

You’ll lead campaigns, manage a small creative team, and drive awareness, trust, and engagement across all touchpoints. It’s a hands-on, cross-functional role suited to a brand strategist with DTC or purpose-led experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Own and evolve the brand identity across all channels, aligned with the founders’ vision
* Lead integrated brand and product campaigns across social, email, influencer, and partner channels
* Manage and mentor the Social Media Manager and Content Creator
* Oversee content calendar and creative development across platforms
* Partner with the Growth team on media planning and campaign performance
* Track performance using tools like GA4 and Triple Whale
* Collaborate on PR, press releases, and media messaging
* Support influencer and partnership strategies from outreach to analysis
* Champion consistency, creativity, and experimentation in brand delivery

 

Skills & Experience Required:

* 5+ years in a brand marketing role, ideally in DTC, healthtech, or purpose-led organisations
* Strong campaign and content planning experience
* Experience with organic social media strategy and analysis
* Strong leadership and project management abilities
* Analytical and detail-oriented, with creative flair and commercial mindset
* Passionate about women’s health and brand trust
* Startup experience preferred
