We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mass Media and Livestreaming Marketing lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible with the overall conceptualization, planning, and execution of marketing strategies across mass media and live streaming channels, including traditional marketing campaigns, social media and live streaming platforms. The role requires creative content development, video production, social media management, understanding audience engagement and tactics to drive brand awareness and revenue.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

1. Mass Media Marketing Operations (with traffic staffs to produce content and traffics in various marketing channels and approaches for brand awareness, users/players acquisition and ultimately to boost revenue)

 

1. Livestreaming (live broadcast team)

 

* Manage, Lead and Supervise a team of mass media marketing, livestreaming and video production and editors;
* Focus broad reach; live sports broadcast, major events, chosen reputable sports, casino game or league and reach a vast audience and mass media marketing;
* Leverage multiple channels; social media campaigns, online ads, traditional broadcastings, and other offline or online promotions;
* Select or partner with sports personalities, commentators, or other influencers who are well known and trusted within the sports and igaming community;
* Create engaging content and develop promotional videos, posts, or live streams where the influencer showcases casino games or sports features, bonuses or gameplay;
* Run targeted ad campaigns on websites, social media platforms, and search engines to reach a wider audience;
* Create valuable content, such as blog posts videos, and guides, to educate and engage potential players;
* Establish a strong online presence, encourage engagement, and foster a sense of community around the brand;
* Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of mass media and livestreaming marketing.

 

Requirements:

 

* Vietnamese
* With good English communication skills (oral and written)
* With Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, Diploma or degree in Art/Designing/Creative Multimedia or any related field
* At least 3 years extensive experience working as a Lead or Manager of a Digital Marketing team focusing on mass media, livestreaming and video production
* Experience in creating and conceptualizing videos, web materials such as (website banner, logos, animated GIF, social media banner, profile & cover, etc) and other offline campaign designs
* Industry exposure to online marketing on sports betting, casino, alcohol, cigarette products is an advantage
