Role: Senior Media Buyer (Meta & Google)

 

If you get a kick out of fixing messy ad accounts, turning chaos into conversions, and hitting record ROAS while everyone else is still blaming the algorithm - you’ll fit right in here.

 

We're Porcellia, a D2C growth collective run by ex-founders, performance nerds, and chaotic good creatives. We’re looking for someone who can bend Meta’s algorithm to their will while plotting CAC takedowns in their sleep.

 

What this role actually is:

* Run Meta + Google Ads for 5-6 top-tier D2C brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, and some very weird categories (yes, one sells mushrooms)
* Scale budgets from ₹10L to ₹50L/month without begging for lower CPMs or praying to Zuckerberg
* Work with copywriters who actually get performance and designers who don't use gradients for fun
* Experiment with creatives, landing pages, funnels, and new platforms (Pinterest, Amazon, Reddit... if it converts, it counts)
* Make founders trust performance again

This is not the role for:

* Media buyers who only know how to “duplicate and increase budget by 20%”
* People who need 12 approvals to run a new angle
* Anyone who hasn’t felt the pain of a 0.4 ROAS week and come back stronger

 

This is for you if:

* You’ve managed at least ₹50L+ per month in paid media (Meta and/or Google)
* You’ve scaled D2C brands where every customer was hard-earned, not influencer-injected
* You understand creative testing frameworks, audience structures, funnel breakdowns, and CM2
* You’ve looked at a Shopify store, mapped out their full funnel, and spotted 3 ROAS leaks in under 15 minutes

 

Bonus if:

* You’ve managed junior buyers before or want to grow into a Head of Performance role
* You can explain LTV:CAC to a founder and make them care
* You’ve run campaigns in the US, UAE, or SEA
