Responsibilities 
 
Hexagon Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale software implementations within our Public Safety division. This individual would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project implementation, customer relationship, and Reference ability. 
 

* Serve as primary Hexagon representative to customer partners
* Effectively managing projects to deliver on time, on cost and according to client quality expectations
* Development of project plans, including scope, budget, deliverables, schedule and project team responsibilities in order to accomplish project objectives
* Coordinating work and providing instructions, advice, leadership and guidance to a diverse group of team members
* Reviewing work in progress and assessing completed work for accuracy, required results and desired quality
* Ensuring timely and accurate communication between project team members, management and customers
* Facilitating the resolution of issues and escalations
* Participation in project scoping activities, including producing and/or validating LOEs and SOWs
* Preparing customer-facing and internal status and financial reporting 
 
 

Education / Qualifications 
 


* A bachelor's degree, or commensurate, documented experience in a role with similar responsibilities
* PMI PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
* Minimum 5 years project management experience implementing large software implementations
* Prior experience with managing complex technical projects and programs – preferably in Public Safety
* Strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills
* Intermediate to senior level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project proficiency
* A self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
* An eager, passionate, and professional owner of all aspects of the project management craft
* An open-minded, embracer of diversity of thought and cultivating PMO team-culture
