We are currently seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to our AesirX Solutions Series and overall business goals. In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute both internal and external projects. JOB DETAILS:

*   Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the design and other teams to create personas, sitemaps, wireframes, user stories, user flows, and mockups that are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, including both mobile and desktop.
*   Strategic Design Leadership: Make informed design and user experience decisions related to both core and new features, ensuring that all designs align with the company's strategic goals.
*   User Experience Expertise: Apply a solid design philosophy and deep understanding of user experience principles to all projects, ensuring high-quality, user-centric designs.
*   Redesign and Enhancement: Improve and redesign existing websites and applications to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
*   Omnichannel Visuals: Conceptualize and design key visuals for omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all platforms.
*   Marketing Collaboration: Ideate and design marketing collateral, including email newsletters, social media posts, print ads, and more, in close collaboration with the marketing department.
*   Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and comply with established guidelines.
*   Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with other teams and departments, demonstrating clear communication and teamwork to achieve business objectives.
*   Additional Responsibilities: Carry out other tasks as assigned by the line manager and senior management, contributing to the overall success of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS, PERSONALITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED:

*   You MUST be located in Vietnam as the job is under VN Labour Law.
*   Minimum 2-3 years experience as a UX Designer.
*   Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer.
*   Proficiency in Figma.
*   Portfolio of completed design projects for documentation.
*   Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
*   Understanding of B2C & B2B markets.
*   Experienced in creating high-quality designs like: graphics, layouts and color scheme. Have creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense.
*   Experience developing wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, storytelling, UI / UX, website and responsive design.
*   Able to work with a team and also problem-solve independently.
*   Excellent organization and communication skills
*   Able to work independently with minimal direction.
*   Great sense of responsibility and a positive mindset.
*   Passionate about learning new technologies, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and good research skills.

YOUR BENEFITS:

*   Work remotely 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 9-6),
*   Salary: Depending on experience and skills.
*   Incentive: 13-month salary (depending on business profits/ performance/ work duration), health insurance, and social insurance prescribed by the state.
