Primary Expectations

Campaign Architect: This pro-level position requires advanced campaigning expertise and experience across digital channels. You would manage numerous campaigns and channel accounts across all our customers (B2B & B2C) with budgets ranging from $1000 to $100,000 monthly.

 

Core Job Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize end-to-end PPC, Search, Pmax, & Retargeting campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads. 
2. Omni-channel Marketing: Build a framework that connects channels and campaigns across the funnel.
3. End-to-End Media Planning: Create and execute media plans for B2B, B2C, and D2C customers, considering budgets, goals, and target audiences.
4. Performance Tracking: Build Predictive intelligence by Monitoring deep campaign performance, analyzing granular data, and providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
5. Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve campaign-related issues, ensuring all platforms are utilized effectively.
6. A/B Testing: Conduct experiments on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with designers to create visually engaging ads and landing pages.
8. Reporting: Generate detailed campaign reports with performance metrics and recommendations for stakeholders.

 

What Makes You a Better Fit?

* Effective Communication is the most critical part of this job
* Hands-on experience managing numerous channels and customers through end-to-end campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
* Hand-on experience managing end-to-end tech stack - Setup and manage across Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Pixel, and others.
* Proven expertise and accountability in media planning for diverse customer types (B2B, B2C, D2C).
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables.
* Passionate about digital marketing challenges.

Technical Expertise

* Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (IG included), LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Taboola & Outbrain is a plus
* Analytics Tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, Hotjar
* Other Tools: CRM Integration, A/B testing tools, audience segmentation platforms, and reporting tools
