We are looking for a developer who to join our technical solutions team. This person will be responsible for leading sessions with clients to deeply understand business processes and thoroughly gather and analyze requirements. 

Responsibilities:

* Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
 * Conduct in-depth sessions with clients to understand their business processes thoroughly.
 * Gather and analyze requirements meticulously.
* Integration and Report Development:
 * Develop customer-specific integrations and reports based on requirements and quality standards.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless testing, support, and maintenance.
* Issue Resolution:
 * Troubleshooted and resolved issues, engaging directly with customers.
* Client Focus:
 * Meet utilization targets and deliver project milestones on time.
 * Champion client satisfaction through an unwavering commitment to excellence.
 * Ensure timely scheduling for oneself.
 * Take ownership of assigned work items.

Qualifications
--------------

* BS in Computer Science or equivalent 
* 2+ years of experience working as software developer in C#
* A passion for programming, projects, and working for an awesome company.
* You are excited to work directly with customers to delight them with custom solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

* Technical Skills:
 * Proficiency in writing object-oriented code in C# and creating reports using Crystal Reports or a similar platform.
 * Familiarity with design patterns for solving technical challenges, like dependency injections.
 * 2+ years experience with C#, Angular, SQL, Git, and similar frameworks.
 * Comfortable using Visual Studio, Github, and SQL Management Studio.
