We’re looking for an extraordinary **Visual Creative Designer** who can turn concepts and ideas into visually compelling stories that engage, inspire, and convert. You’ll become the creative heart of our content strategy, influencing thousands of professionals and changing the way our brand connects with audiences globally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Blog Visuals:** Create extraordinary, joyful, and visually engaging graphics for our long-form blog posts, translating complex ideas into delightful visual summaries. We want readers to grasp main ideas visually—even if they skip the text!

• **LinkedIn Carousels:** Design engaging, impactful, and visually coherent carousel posts that boost engagement on LinkedIn.

• **LinkedIn Schemas:** Develop clear, intuitive, and professional schemas and infographics tailored specifically for LinkedIn posts to drive thought leadership and engagement.

• **Impactful Social Graphics:** Create colorful, compelling visuals that tell our stories on LinkedIn posts without relying solely on written content.

**What We’re Looking For:**

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar creative role.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity, storytelling abilities, and proven experience in digital content visuals, social media graphics, and infographic design.

• Expertise in industry-standard tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or equivalent design software.

• Deep understanding of visual communication principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and current design trends.

• A proactive and collaborative mindset; you’re self-driven and thrive in fast-paced, remote environments.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into simple, visual formats.

• Bonus: Experience creating visuals specifically tailored for LinkedIn or other social platforms, and familiarity with growth-driven, remote-first teams.
