We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in C#, .NET, VB, SQL, HTML, JavaScript and experience in support and incident management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software applications while ensuring smooth incident resolution and system performance. 
 
Responsibilities 
 


* Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, VB, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents to ensure system stability.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
* Optimize database queries and enhance application performance.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and support processes.
* Work closely with stakeholders to enhance and modify existing applications.
* Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. 
 
 

What You'll Bring to Numerator 
 
Requirements 
 


* 5 to 7 years of experience in software development and support.
* Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and VB.
* Proficiency in SQL Server, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
* Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
* Hands-on experience in incident management and troubleshooting.
* Understanding of ITIL processes related to support and incident handling.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
 
 

Educational Qualifications 
 


* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
