Our client is a national nonprofit, empowering girls to envision a bright future. Since 2010, we've impacted 1+ million girls and women, with a focus on foster youth, through programs that break cycles of poverty and promote gender and racial equality. 
 
Digital Marketing Consultant with 5+ years of experience to support the CMO in crafting impactful messaging to key audiences: monetary and product donors, the girls we serve, community partners, and volunteers. You’ll help drive traffic and engagement across digital channels - social media, email, and the website - by telling compelling stories that highlight our impact. 
 
This is a remote, 20-hour/week role, ideal for someone who can work independently and is a team player. The hourly rate for this position is around $40/hour with some room for negotiation based on experience. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
You will support digital marketing strategies tailored to each audience, creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates. Your focus will be on using storytelling to showcase our mission and outcomes. You’ll monitor engagement metrics, adjust strategies, and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and impact. 
 
Social Media Strategy & Management (average 75% of role) 
 

* Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to target audiences
* Create engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize campaigns to increase reach and impact.
* Monitor and adjust strategies based on engagement and audience response. 
 
 

Email Marketing (average 15% role) 
 

* Design and implement targeted email campaigns.
* Segment email lists and tailor content.
* Track performance and recommend improvements. 
 
 

Website & Online Presence (average 10% role) 
 

* Website: Collaborate on updates and content optimization to improve user experience.
* Quarterly Digital Analytics & Reporting: Compile and analyze data from all channels (website, social media, email, Google Ads) to provide actionable insights and recommendations. 
 
 

Qualifications 
 


* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
* Proficiency in G-Suite, Squarespace, Canva, and Hootsuite.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing engagement and impact.
