We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team within the Retirement and Benefits Solutions department. The individual will be responsible for the evolution of the design system, creating mock-ups, and providing support to the team during development.

Responsibilities 
 
 


* Collaborate closely with product managers and business analysts to understand clients’ business needs and contribute to brainstorming sessions
* Develop user scenarios and flows
* Create mock-ups and prototypes using our design system and existing web products
* Identify key issues and areas for improvement in our web products
* Write visual specifications in work item tickets
* Contribute to the review of design team mock-ups to ensure visual cohesion across different products
* Work on the continuous improvement of the design system
* Support the testing team to help identify visual defects and propose solutions
* Analyze the relevance of suggested improvements and make necessary adjustments
* Collaborate closely with the development team to establish the scope of proposed changes and adapt the solution as needed
* Occasionally participate in client presentations 
 
 
 

Requirements 
 
 


* Degree in computer science, software ergonomics, industrial design, and/or management or equivalent
* 3+ years of relevant experience as a UX/UI designer
* Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written
* Proficiency in Figma software
* Mastery of best practices and accessibility concepts (WCAG)
* Ability to understanding and using current IT technologies
* Excellent knowledge of user-oriented development methods
* Be meticulous and rigorous in their work
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Master’s degree in cognitive ergonomics, an asset
* Experience in the pension plans or benefits business, an asset
