JOB DESCRIPTION

Fountain Forward is looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our Executives. The primary responsibilities will be related to managing business related tasks; such as creating daily reports, managing emails and schedules, taking minutes and notes during meetings, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have strong time management and organization skills, be extremely fast at solving problems, and have experience as an executive or administrative assistant in the past.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

\- Managing Executive's weekly and monthly tasks and schedule.

\- Reading and analyzing incoming emails, submissions, and distributing them as needed.

\- Assertive in ensuring that the team does follow a set schedule and processes.

\- A strong willed person.

\- Preparing agenda and organizational documents.

\- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the team.

\- Helping prepare for meetings.

\- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.

\- Task creation + management

\- Provide general administrative support.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

\- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.

\- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

\- In-depth understanding of the entire Google suite.

\- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

\- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

\- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

\- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

\- Strong English communication skills

\- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Manager
