Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Development Manager with a strong background in marketing and sales within the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a tour operator company, airline, or DMC, and be fluent in Russian.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities in the assigned region.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to increase Touristalia's market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, travel agencies, and key stakeholders.
* Drive sales initiatives and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and resources.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a tour operator company, airline, or DMC.
* Fluency in Russian for business communication.
* Proven track record in marketing and sales.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
