About the Role:

LinkedField is seeking a part-time remote Construction Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our talent pool. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction project teams, setting up/managing submittal/change order pricing/closeout logs, and calling/emailing with subcontractors on a daily basis. Strong attention to detail and a determined mindset to continuously provide value to customers.

 

Responsibilities:

* Read and interpret drawings, submittals, change order pricing, and construction documents
* Ability and willingness to pick up the phone and call subcontractors up to 50 times a day to collect documents (change order pricing, submittals, closeout documents, etc)
* Unblock yourself by coordinating with subs, GC team, and/or finding the necessary construction document.
* Manage logs within construction project management software and tools such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, PlanGrid, Viewpoint, etc
* Work 2-3 hours a day during typical business hours

 

Qualifications:

* 5+ years working for a mid-size to large commercial General Contractor in the United States
* 7+ years of experience working in the Construction industry
* Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, processes, and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with GC PM/PE, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders

Pay range and compensation package:

Remote, part-time work. $25 - $45 hour based on the type of task. All new candidates will start with tasks at the $25/hour.
