What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) 
 


* Provide technical and thought leadership to the enterprise in multiple areas
* Collaborate with product managers, team members, and customers to solve complex problems
* Develop and execute a technical software development strategy for the Observability Engineering domain
* Mentor and coach engineering and product community members while sharing best practices
* Analyze costs and forecasts, incorporating them into business plans to ensure desired outcomes 
 
 

What Is Required (Qualifications) 
 


* 3+ years of professional experience in software development and platform architecture
* Hands-on experience building complex distributed systems with knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
* Advanced knowledge of at least one OOP language such as Java, Go, or Python
* Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid data center environments
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience 
 
 

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 
 


* 3+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
* 1+ years of experience with architecture and design
* Knowledge of big data and streaming data pipeline architecture
* Experience with open-source tools like GIT, Jenkins, or CircleCI
* Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies
