Summary:
This position is for an experienced Marketing (functional) Manager. Reporting to a director level manager, the successful candidate will possess not only strong 21 century marketing acumen but also strong convictions for how to get things done on all marketing fronts. They have lived the marketing life for a minimum of 5 years in a small to medium sized firm and possess a proven track record of both hands on and ‘managed through others’ successes. They will have a holistic view of the marketing functions with a full understanding of how to drive strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. They will also fully understand channel, reach, brand equity, voice of customer, data gathering and metric analysis. They are considered a ‘Creative’ but will also understand and have participated in primary and secondary research & analysis for the purpose of product campaigns. The successful candidate is looking for the next level challenge in their careers. They will work closely with cross-functional teams aligned with the company's goals and values while bringing to life our original blend of scientific rigor and unique brand style.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive and integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market trends
- Create, develop, and execute strategic marketing initiatives, leveraging significant, hard won, experience to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth
- Lead efforts to strengthen and enhance the Chemlock Nutrition brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all channels
- Oversee the company's digital presence, including ongoing website management with updates and fixes, app development, strategic use of social media platforms, and podcast management to ensure effective reach and engagement
- Manage email marketing through HubSpot, providing guidance on content creation and thought leadership
- Develop and execute product launch plans, creating engaging content that communicate the unique value of our feed nutrition solutions
- Craft engaging and informative content, including articles and infographics, to educate customers about our products and the broader industry
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, tools, and resources that support their efforts in reaching and converting potential customers
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in marketing
- Demonstrates a highly creative mindset capable of thinking outside the box and developing innovative marketing campaigns with a fun approach
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Min 5 years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with a focus on building and enhancing brands
- Design proficiency with Adobe Suite, Canva, WordPress, Hubspot and various other creative tools.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and content management systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record in new product launches in terms of growth as well as process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced degree or equivalency considered a plus
Physical Requirements:
The ability to work and function in office and remote office environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
