Job Title: Experiential Marketing Operations & Project Manager
Location: Remote or based in St. Louis
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried, Benefits
Start Date: January, 2026
About Us:
Pro Motion, Inc., is an awarding winning (recently awarded 2026 Top Agency by Chief Marketer), independent Experiential Marketing agency in business for 30 years and counting. We bring brands to life. From pop-up experiences to immersive activations, we craft moments people remember—and you could be a part of our cohesive team. We’re looking for a hands-on Operations & Project Manager who is part logistics wizard, part client partner, and all-in when it comes to making events run flawlessly.
The Role:
This is no ordinary desk job. You’ll be coordinating experiential marketing projects from start to finish, working directly with clients - building budgets, managing field teams, working with other Pro Motion account team members; behind the wheel, and on-site with the team. One day you might be navigating a trailer to a festival site, the next you’re walking a client through a campaign plan. You thrive in motion—literally and figuratively—and love turning chaos into smooth, memorable experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Project Management & Client Magic:
- Be the go-to point of contact for clients, translating their vision into actionable, perfectly executed campaigns.
- Build project timelines, track milestones, and ensure every deliverable hits the mark.
- Manage budgets, manage field teams.
- Coordinate across creative, production, and operations teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Prepare polished client communications—status updates, proposals, and post-event recaps.
- Spot potential challenges before they happen and solve them like a pro.
- Attend internal meetings to keep the team aligned, energized, and on schedule.
Operations Adventure:
- Drive company vehicles—including trucks and trailers—to move our experiences from concept to reality. CDL-A is required - please include a copy of your DL with your submission.
- Own the load-in and load-out process, ensuring every piece of equipment and décor arrives safe and sound.
- Keep our fleet running smoothly: perform basic maintenance checks, understand vehicle mechanics, and troubleshoot issues on the fly.
- Stay on top of DOT regulations, ensuring compliance every mile of the way.
- Lead logistical planning with vendors, venues, and internal teams to guarantee flawless event execution.
- Keep our inventory organized, accurate, and ready for action.
What You Bring:
- 5+ Years experience in experiential marketing, operations, logistics, and client and project management.
- Organizational superpowers and multitasking mastery.
- Clear, confident communication skills—written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- Tech-savvy with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CDL-A Required
- Strong mechanical know-how and vehicle experience.
- Familiarity with DOT rules and compliance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and be active during events.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors or in busy environments for extended periods.
- Know your way around a trailer and basic mechanics.
What You’ll Get:
- Competitive base salary (depending on experience)
- Bonus potential based on performance
- Health insurance + 401(k)
- Hands-on, dynamic work where no two days look the same
- Opportunity for growth — take on larger projects, build teams, expand responsibilities
- A collaborative, creative team culture where your voice and effort matter
