Engineer Program Manager

Are you a seasoned program management professional with a passion for advancing medical technology? We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Program Manager to oversee critical projects that impact patient safety and product excellence.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Over 10 years of experience in project and program management within the medical device industry

• Minimum of 5 years managing programs involving field corrective actions (FCA), CAPA, and product quality management

• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks including FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and EU MDR

• Proven ability to lead complex FCA and CAPA processes in a regulated environment

• Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities, budgets, and deadlines

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical writing capabilities

• Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional team leadership

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quality management systems (QMS)

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience working in low-cost countries across Eastern Europe

• Certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma

• Experience with medical device development and lifecycle management

• Fluency in additional languages, especially within European regions

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degrees preferred

• At least 10 years of professional experience in the medical device sector, with a strong focus on quality and regulatory compliance

• Demonstrated success in leading projects that impact field corrections and product quality
