Digital Marketing Specialist - WFH

We’re now looking for a sharp Digital Marketing Specialist to take our online presence to the next level — someone who can manage SEO, run digital ad campaigns, and implement website improvements that drive performance.

What You’ll Do

● Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to Sydney's suburbs and local search trends

● Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for top local keywords

● Upload and update content and images on the website (photos provided by the team)

● Make layout and structural adjustments on the website to improve SEO and user experience (e.g. reorganizing page sections, updating CTAs, refining menus)

● Implement basic front-end website updates using HTML/CSS (or within a CMS like WordPress)

● Work with plugins and page builders (e.g. Elementor, WPBakery) to improve performance and on-page layout

● Manage and monitor Google Ads and Facebook Ad campaigns for lead generation

● Conduct regular audits using tools like SEMrush, GA4, and Google Search Console

● Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper) for content generation and ideation

● Collaborate with developers for more complex technical changes when needed

● Track rankings, traffi c, conversions, and ad performance, and provide clear monthly reports

● Suggest content topics related to pest control that can improve organic reach

What We’re Looking For

● 3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, ideally in pest control or service industries

● Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (preferably WordPress)

● Working knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)

● Familiarity with Sydney suburbs and local search behavior

● Strong background in managing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns

● Proficiency in GA4, GSC, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs

● Ability to troubleshoot layout or performance issues on the website

● Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation

● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

● Strong English writing and communication skills

Schedule: dayshift - M to F 6am to 3pm PH

Setup: WFH
