Overview
Part-time Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and optimize an affiliate channel for a mission-oriented retail brand. Blend strategy and hands-on execution to recruit partners, improve onboarding, negotiate terms, activate campaigns, and report on performance to drive revenue and brand storytelling.
Type: Part time contract, remote
Schedule: Regular business hours daily (this is NOT a night and weekends gig)
Duration: 3 months, about 15 hours per week
Pay: $32 - $37/hr, paid weekly
Part-time Affiliate Marketing Manager Requirements
- 2+ years managing affiliate programs in-house or agency
- 5+ years running digital campaigns across email, paid social, paid search, display, or OTT
- Hands-on Impact platform experience including reporting, partner management, deal placements, and commission adjustments
- Expertise designing commission and bonus models that drive ROI and partner engagement
- Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance measurement
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills for actionable insights and forecasting
- Working knowledge of HTML and email template tools (plus)
- Background with retail or consumer brands (highly desirable)
Part-time Affiliate Marketing Manager Duties
- Develop a strategic affiliate roadmap aligned to brand goals, values, and growth targets
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-quality partners aligned to audience and ethos
- Build and manage an engaging onboarding experience to accelerate partner productivity
- Serve as primary liaison to the affiliate network overseeing recruitment, relationships, communications, and product activations
- Negotiate and optimize commissions, incentives, and placements to hit CAC, conversion, and ROAS goals
- Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs; translate data into recommendations and tests for optimization
- Leverage market and channel insights to forecast performance and identify scale opportunities
