The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes the world of beauty & aesthetics — someone who combines creativity, strategy, and business acumen to build powerful brand presences across platforms. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the aesthetics industry while helping build a company from the ground up.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role will serve as the social media lead across both the Olympus corporate brand and our growing network of surgeon-led practices. You’ll develop and execute strategies that drive authentic growth, elevate our visual identity, and engage audiences across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial thinker who knows what it takes to win on social media in the aesthetic space — someone who can not only lead the direction of creating compelling, on-trend content but also replicate that success across multiple practice accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with agency partners, internal teams, and surgeons to ensure every piece of content reflects Olympus’ elevated, luxury-driven brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Own the creative and strategic direction of social media for Olympus and all partner practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop scalable content systems that provide practices with centralized creative direction, core campaign materials, and guidance for local adaptation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to concept and execute high-impact campaigns that align with brand goals, seasonal moments, and growth priorities.
  • Lead and unify distributed social media teams, ensuring each practice’s social specialist executes strategy effectively while maintaining creative flexibility within brand standards.
  • Partner with agency teams and designers to push creative boundaries and ensure all content aligns with Olympus’ luxury, aesthetic-driven brand voice.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks for campaign planning, content capture, and rollout to maximize efficiency and consistency across practices.

Content Execution

  • Oversee daily social media execution across Olympus and partner practice accounts, including posting, scheduling, engagement, and community management.
  • Concept, create, and produce core campaign content (reels, short-form videos, carousels, and static posts) that serves as the foundation for practice-level personalization.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing on quarterly content capture days, providing creative input and collaborating with agency partners to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Review and refine all content before publishing to maintain Olympus’ luxury tone, visual consistency, and high creative standards.
  • Manage and maintain the Olympus content database, organizing by practice, surgeon, and campaign theme to streamline storytelling and asset access.

Campaign Management & Growth

  • Develop, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns in partnership with agency teams and practice social specialists.
  • Monitor performance and translate insights into action, optimizing creative strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Prepare and present monthly analytics summaries with key takeaways and data-backed recommendations.
  • Ensure message consistency and campaign alignment by coordinating with practice leads and marketing contacts across the Olympus network.

Collaboration & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the central liaison between Olympus Marketing, agency partners, and practice social teams.
  • Train, mentor, and support social media specialists at each practice to elevate content quality and ensure alignment with Olympus’ brand vision.
  • Foster cross-practice collaboration, encouraging the sharing of creative insights, performance learnings, and best practices.
  • Oversee timelines and deliverables to ensure seamless, efficient execution from concept to publication.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, or luxury lifestyle industry.
  • Proven expertise in both organic and paid growth strategies, with a deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, with the ability to plan, execute, and analyze paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social advertising best practices, including creative testing, conversion tracking, and budget optimization for maximum ROI.
  • Experience developing influencer and brand collaboration strategies that drive measurable awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Experience managing distributed or multi-location teams, with the ability to align and guide local social specialists toward executing a cohesive central strategy.
  • Creative background with a refined eye for brand consistency and storytelling, understanding how design, tone, and visual language create cohesive and elevated branding.
  • Ability to research, concept, and produce foundational campaign content that serves as a creative blueprint for practice-level adaptation.
  • Proficiency in video editing and short-form content creation (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with the ability to craft visually compelling, high-quality assets.
  • Fluent in creative strategy and design terminology, able to effectively collaborate with designers and agencies — far beyond the basics of Canva.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Later, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple brands, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable collaborating with physicians, executives, and agency partners in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
