We're building our team with talented and passionate Systems Engineers to lead the resolution of complex software and infrastructure-related technical issues in Cloud Services.
We’re hiring exceptional Level 3 Support Engineers to work with our enterprise customers. Ollion puts our customers first and we obsess over ensuring their trust is our first priority. To earn that trust in a constantly changing technology arena like cloud-computing, it requires building a world-class team to tackle unforeseen challenges. You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting a wide range of services spanning Microsoft and Linux platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support and resolution for complex technical issues
· Install, configure, administer, and monitor cloud-based infrastructure
· Implement and maintain the monitoring and alerting of production and corporate servers/storage (NewRelic, DataDog, AWS CloudWatch, etc)
· Validate the architecture and use cases of Ollion, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google services in the customer support cycle
· Perform regular security reviews, including recommending gaps in infrastructure not meeting compliance rules (PCI, SOC2, HIPAA, etc); document systems, processes, and procedures
· Development of run books and system configuration and architecture documentation
· Continuously improve skills, product expertise, and knowledge on related technical topics
· Mentor Junior Engineers
· Work as part of a team for a 24/7 rotating schedule including US hours

This position will require excellent verbal and written communication skills as there will be interaction with a wide range of audiences, including business and technical stakeholders.
Education Required:
· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical area, or equivalent experience.
· AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional Certification
. Equivalent Azure and/or GCP certification a plus
Experience Required:
· 3+ years of hands on experience with AWS, including EC2, Loadbalancing, S3, RDS, VPC, AWS Backups, etc. Equivalent experience with Azure and GCP a plus
· 5+ years of Windows and Linux system administration experience; no less than 2 years in either field. This includes a working knowledge of common OS's like Linux Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
· Experienced with working in large enterprise environments
· Familiar with disaster recovery processes and reporting security breaches
· Adept with using business productivity tools: O365, Confluence, JIRA, Slack
· Experience with cloud monitoring solutions (i.e. AWS Cloudwatch, Nagios, New Relic, Pingdom, and PagerDuty API integration)
· Python, Perl, Bash, or Terraform experience a plus
· Automation experience a plus; Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, CloudFormation
· Hands on experience with Containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation scripting a plus
