What you'll do
- Define positioning, messaging, and value proposition that connect with audiences
- Lead the creation of a new brand from scratch — from naming and visual identity to tone of voice and narrative
- Build and own the go-to-market strategy, from planning to full-scale execution
- Turn events and trade shows into storytelling stages — from booth design to live moments that build presence and buzz
- Partner with product, commercial, and creative teams to craft a unified launch narrative
- Drive awareness and adoption through integrated campaigns, PR, partnerships, and digital storytelling
- Track traction, collect insights, and continuously adapt and optimize based on data and audience feedback
About you
- You have senior-level experience, typically 5+ years in product marketing or GTM roles
- You’re a hands-on B2B marketer with experience launching new products in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Background in tech, gaming, or sports is a plus
- You’ve helped shape brand identities — leading naming processes, messaging frameworks, or visual storytelling from zero
- You’ve led or supported event-driven go-to-market launches and know how to turn a booth into a brand moment
- You can move seamlessly between messaging frameworks and the practical details of campaign execution
- You’ve worked cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to bring complex products to life
- You’re resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable building demand and brand from scratch
