Compensation Pay Range

$110,000.00 - $165,000.00

_The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

_A Sr User Experience (UX) Designer will design the visual and user experience (UX) elements of websites and cross-platform apps, combining business and product strategy, UX design principles, and UX research and feedback.

This role can be worked remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Design, schedule, build, and deliver new and enhanced, moderately complex portals and websites to achieve the agreed plan in terms of quality, cost, and timing, and create an engaging website.
  • Develop website maps, application models, and image or page templates to meet user needs, industry standards, and/or project goals.
  • Support channel management through use of front-end interactive technologies, encompassing usability, design, user interface, and device strategy. Facilitate an understanding of engagement metrics and provide regular performance analysis.
  • Produce multiple concepts and prototypes to design digital products/services.
  • Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing.
  • Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
  • Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
  • Develop design strategies through customer and market research and analysis.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

  • Delivers user interactions that prioritize accessibility without compromising product engagement.
  • Designs and builds web pages, including layout, content production, editing, and user interface design.
  • Reviews and evaluates recommendations and requirements and to develop appropriate plans or deliver actions required.
  • Analyzes and researches market conditions and facts in order to develop a full and comprehensive understanding of the market to enable utilization for the benefit of the organization.
  • Analyzes and researches customer and market conditions and facts in order to develop a full and comprehensive understanding of the customer and its market to enable maximum returns.
  • Understands, evaluates, uses, and engages with digital technology and information, as well as creates and shares digital content, while being aware of essentials like safety, privacy and ethical considerations.
  • Produces design concepts and visualize them, oversees design changes and improvements, integrates technical and visual solutions into a concept and assist with prototype development.
  • Uses systems and software to design and build user interfaces for computer applications.
  • Demonstrates a change mindset as well as plans, executes and monitors activities during times of change whilst keeping performance levels up.
  • Works with guidelines and processes in place for producing marketing content.
