A national real estate group is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Director of Marketing to lead and elevate its multi-market multifamily portfolio. This executive-level position will oversee all aspects of marketing, branding, and digital presence while guiding a team of regional leaders to drive property performance and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to support leasing, brand positioning, and resident engagement
- Direct digital campaigns, content creation, and marketing initiatives that enhance visibility and attract target audiences
- Lead and mentor a dispersed team (up to 8 employees who are also remote), ensuring alignment, accountability, and professional development
- Oversee marketing budgets, performance tracking, and ROI analysis to optimize results
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging innovation to strengthen market presence
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership and operations to align marketing goals with business objectives
- Travel as needed for property visits, leadership meetings, and brand initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
