Software Engineer - Dynamics 365 / .NET

We're looking for a skilled Software Engineer with experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET, and SQL to help design, build, and maintain key business systems supporting a global marketing technology platform.

In this role, you’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to develop and enhance Dynamics 365 applications, integrations, and modern front-end components. You’ll contribute to both established systems built on the .NET Framework and new feature development, helping shape the future of a platform used by a rapidly expanding customer base.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain customised Dynamics 365 solutions and .NET-based integrations.
• Build interactive user interfaces, including modern PCF components using JavaScript or React.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate product requirements into scalable, high-quality code.
• Apply best practices for testing, code quality, and performance.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.

Skills and experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET or .NET Framework (3+ years).
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (experience or readiness to learn).
• Knowledge of JavaScript or React for building responsive front-end components.
• Experience with automated testing and a commitment to clean, maintainable code.
• Desirable: experience with PHP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
