We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Digital Marketing (HCP and Patient) to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth across global markets.
This position requires a forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in digital channels, performance marketing, marketing automation, and digital analytics—ideally within the medical device sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy aligned with corporate and commercial objectives. Responsible for the annual digital business plan.
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” within a small team, and to work in a combined strategic and tactical manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Education, HCP Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs.
Digital Campaigns & Channels:
Oversee the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, SEO/SEM, display, social media, paid media, etc.).
Website & Digital Presence
Own the corporate website strategy, ensuring high performance, user experience, and SEO optimization.
Manage content strategy and CMS platforms in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Marketing Technology & Analytics
Drive data-driven decision-making using key KPIs to measure ROI and improve campaign effectiveness. Must be astute in use of Excel and SFDC reporting to analyze and track success.
You will develop KPIs to track and report on campaign performance and patient progress through the funnel
Lead Generation & Nurturing
Implement and refine demand generation and lead nurturing strategies across all stages of the customer journey.
Support sales enablement through targeted digital tactics and content strategies.
Brand & Thought Leadership
Support brand positioning through consistent digital storytelling and content marketing.
Leverage digital platforms to showcase clinical evidence, innovation, and customer success stories.
Requirements
_$200K-$220K Base - Compensation will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to skill set, years of experience and geographic location.
