Amazon Brand Manager

Navigo Marketing is a boutique Amazon and omnichannel growth agency within the beauty and personal care category. We support fast growing brands across Amazon, Ulta.com, and emerging retail channels. Our approach combines strong advertising execution, operational excellence, and clear strategic direction.
We are looking for an Amazon Brand Manager who can confidently lead client relationships, own day to day advertising management, and collaborate closely with our internal support teams to drive sustainable growth for 3 to 5 beauty brands.
About the Role
The Amazon Brand Manager is responsible for client strategy, retail media execution, business performance analysis, launch planning, and cross functional coordination. You will work closely with our operations, content, and inventory teams who support catalog troubleshooting, PDP improvements, creative execution, and forecasting. Your role focuses on understanding the business at a deep level and making decisions that drive measurable results.
This position requires both strategic thinking and hands on execution. You will guide the long term roadmap for each brand while also managing the daily advertising and performance workflow.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdvertising and Retail Media Management
- Build and manage full funnel Amazon advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Execute campaigns inside platforms such as Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, or similar retail media tools.
- Monitor budget pacing, bids, efficiencies, and campaign performance.
- Conduct testing across keywords, audiences, creative, and placement.
- Utilize Search Query Performance, Helium10, and category data to identify opportunities and guide optimization.
- Develop clear reporting that translates performance into insights and recommendations.
Client Strategy and Leadership
- Lead weekly or biweekly client calls and serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned brands.
- Build quarterly growth plans aligned with brand goals, promotions, launches, and retail readiness.
- Evaluate category shifts, pricing strategy, competitive dynamics, and search trends to adjust plans.
- Maintain a proactive communication style with clients and internal teams.
Launch and Promotional Planning
- Manage all advertising components of product launches including forecasting inputs, setup, ramp strategy, and post launch optimization.
- Plan and execute promotional event strategies including Prime Day, Cyber Week, Spring Haul, Ulta events, and brand specific campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative, inventory, and operational readiness.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the content team for PDP improvements, creative testing, A Plus updates, and Brand Store enhancements.
- Work with the operations team on catalog issues, listing structure, backend updates, and compliance needs.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure forecasting alignment for launches and promotional periods.
- Ensure all internal teams are aligned to execute your strategic direction.
About YouRequired Experience
- 4 years managing Amazon for a brand or agency.
- Experience managing advertising inside Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, Quartile, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to interpret retail media data and translate it into strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills with experience leading client relationships.
- Comfortable working with performance reports, SQP data, competitive insights, and retail analytics.
- Experience within beauty or personal care.
