Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience 7+ years.
- Strong experience in ERP Finance module implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting requirements.
- Analyze and understand current financial processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with financial data migration, integration, and process mapping.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and understand current financial processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Evaluate client financial data and recommend process improvements through ERP system implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and enhanced financial control via ERP solutions.
- Map business processes and financial requirements to ERP functionalities and modules.
- Design and document functional and technical specifications, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and process documentation.
- Configure and customize the ERP Finance module to align with financial operations and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies for historical transactions and master financial data.
- Integrate the ERP system with external financial platforms (e.g., banking, taxation, reporting systems) for seamless data exchange and compliance.
- Manage ERP system roles, permissions, and security related to financial operations.
- Collaborate with clients, solution architects, project managers, implementation teams, and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain configuration documents, user manuals, and training materials.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance for ERP Finance functionalities.
- Stay up to date on ERP Finance trends, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
