Our client, a well-known financial technology company, is looking for someone to join their team as a Trade Marketing Manager. This role is fully remote!

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. You will be crafting engaging, high-impact content that drives merchant visibility, product adoption, and customer engagement across owned and paid channels.
What You Will Be Doing
Trade Marketing & Merchant Promotions
- Lead trade marketing initiatives for seasonal and cultural moments (e.g., Cyber Week, Holiday, Back-to-School) to drive product adoption and merchant engagement.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with key business moments, trends, and partnerships.
- Develop campaign strategy briefs and guide creative execution
- Collaborate with CRM and Partner Marketing to ensure content reflects trade moments, offers, and merchant opportunities.
- Use performance insights to continuously optimize storytelling and engagement.
In-App & Editorial Content
- Lead editorial content creation and publishing
- Design and build in-app content using Figma and Builder tools.
Campaign & Inventory Management
- Oversee campaign booking and tracking across CRM, Social, Partner Marketing, and Ads/Affiliate channels.
- Manage the content inventory tracker for full visibility into active and upcoming campaigns.
- Collaborate on monthly campaign reporting and post-campaign insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Integrated, Product, Partner, or Content Marketing, ideally within e-commerce, fintech, or retail.
- Proven success developing multi-channel content strategies that drive measurable engagement and conversion.
- Expertise in content creation, campaign management, and editorial execution.
- Excellent project management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Builder, and Asana (or similar workflow platforms).
- A passion for commerce, storytelling, and creating engaging customer experiences that connect brands and merchants.
