About the role

We're looking for someone who deeply understands how to build and scale a brand through digital — someone with a sharp sense of strategy, a love for storytelling, and the discipline to execute consistently.

Mookuthi operates across three touchpoints:

• Our flagship store in Chennai
• Our online store
• Our traveling retail show across India

This role demands a leader who can create a comprehensive digital program that complements and strengthens all three.

What You'll Do

• Build campaigns that generate awareness, drive footfall, and increase conversions across channels
• Own and lead all digital marketing initiatives: paid media, SEO, CRM, content, performance and attribution
• Design and execute a robust always-on digital plan across Meta, Google, and more
• Translate Mookuthi’s brand values into sharp, resonant communication for digital audiences
• Use data and insight to refine campaigns, audience segments, and creative direction
• Work closely with the founder and creative team to shape marketing that’s brand-first, not just performance-driven

Who we are looking for

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• A portfolio of campaigns or brands where you’ve directly driven growth
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, audience segmentation, and digital storytelling
• Strategic thinking and comfort with ambiguity — we’re still evolving
• An eye for detail and creative quality
• Experience working in or with lifestyle/luxury/consumer brands is a plus
• A genuine interest in craft, culture, and identity is appreciated
