We’re looking for a talented and versatile Copywriter/Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative individual who excels in both copywriting and social media management. As a Copywriter/Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling written content across multiple platforms and driving engagement through strategic social media initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Write captivating copy for various channels, including social media posts, blog posts, website content, newsletters, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Create and maintain content calendars, schedule posts and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Manage all aspects of social media channels, including but not limited to content creation, community engagement, audience growth, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and promotions that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor trends and insights in social media and content marketing, staying updated on industry best practices and emerging platforms to continuously optimize strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of content and social media efforts, using insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and social media management, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment.
- IMPECCABLE writing skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and creativity.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions and optimizations.
