The Marketing Account Manager will be the core link between our valued clients and our expert digital execution teams. You will oversee client relationships, ensuring exceptional communication, strategic execution, and measurable results across SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives. This role translates client goals into actionable marketing strategies, maintaining complete transparency and accountability. You are critical to delivering our promise of measurable growth and a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact, you will manage all facets of the client relationship and campaign execution:
Client Management and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and confidence.
- Manage client onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions into our systems and processes.
- Provide consistent, timely communication via Slack (immediate responses) and Asana (updates within 24 hours).
- Relay client requests (design, content, strategy updates) to the appropriate internal team members.
Strategy and Execution Oversight:
- Partner with SEO strategists, Google Ads Strategists, Social Team, and creative teams to execute client goals effectively.
- Review and troubleshoot campaign performance, collaborating with internal teams to quickly resolve issues.
- Ensure all campaign deliverables are implemented correctly, on time, and on brand.
- Support client growth initiatives, including upselling service packages or recommending new campaigns.
Process and Accountability:
- Maintain accurate and transparent task statuses in Asana using "green," "yellow," or "red" indicators, along with other client-specific systems.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and service quality.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management or a related client-facing role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tool Expertise: High proficiency with project management tools (Asana preferred) and team communication platforms (Slack).
