MaleMD is seeking a data-driven E commerce Performance Marketing Manager responsible for driving new patient growth from our paid social channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
This role will report to Senior Management and will oversee all aspects of current offerings and upcoming product launches from ad creative to landing pages. The ideal candidate should be both analytical and imaginative, capable of delving deeply into performance data to drive optimizations and concepting engaging ad copy and landing page creatives that convert effectively. Candidates should deeply understand ad creative, landing page and funnel optimization and associated metrics.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead paid media efforts with a focus on improving conversion rate (CVR).
- Develop and optimize website content to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to identify and implement effective website changes.
- Translate performance marketing data into new ideas, consumer insights, and innovation possibilities.
- Conduct thorough audits of the website to identify usability issues, friction points, and barriers to conversion.
- Collaborate with various teams (Marketing, eCommerce Operations, CRM, Creative Producers, and Business Analytics) and Brand Managers to plan and execute high-impact creative, ensure consistent brand voice, and understand results.
- Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to test hypotheses and measure the impact of website changes on conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor and analyze A/B test results, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Optimize website content, including copywriting, imagery, and calls-to-action, to improve engagement and encourage conversions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular reports and updates on CRO performance to revenue leadership, highlighting successes, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external developers to prioritize website enhancements based on business goals and user feedback.
- Prepare website themes for product launches, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Critical KPIs for this role include CVR, Revenue Generated, A/B test performance, AOV, CLV
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in multi-tactical paid media/ ecommerce management, including UX, A/B testing, and web analytics.
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, and ROAs using MTA modeling.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail regarding design layouts, influencing creative, copy, and UX strategies.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Strong qualitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of analysis and metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision making.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization/time management skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $104,500.00 - $154,800.00 per year
