Project description
The work lives inside an engineering domain - with data-rich interfaces, layered workflows, and high-density screens used by experts who actually rely on what they see. We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who approaches complexity with clarity, structure, and common sense - someone who helps users make better decisions, cares about the invisible logic that holds everything together, and brings clarity to screens that may not trend on Dribbble, but actually help someone do their job better.
Responsibilities
Design and build core areas of the interface
from early flows to detailed wireframes
Collaborate with users, product managers, and developers to clarify requirements and turn them into intuitive interaction models
Run UX reviews, identify issues, and propose practical improvements
Develop and maintain interface patterns to support consistency
Clearly communicate your design logic in documentation and walkthroughs
helping others understand the “why” behind your decisions
