Description

We’re looking for a hands-on lifecycle marketer who can run our CRM channels (email, push, SMS) from

start to finish. This is a remote role where you’ll be the one person in charge of building, sending, and

improving all of our customer campaigns.

We use Braze, and you should be comfortable working in it daily — creating campaigns, setting up

journeys, running tests, and digging into results. You’ll also be responsible for keeping our lists clean,

making sure campaigns look perfect before they go out, and reporting on performance.

Requirements

3+ years running lifecycle or CRM campaigns.

Must have experience with Braze (not just other ESPs).

Hands-on with email, push, and SMS.

Comfortable managing 1M+ customer lists.

Able to do personalization with Liquid code and basic HTML/CSS edits.

Data-driven: you like looking at numbers and improving based on them.

Strong communication and organization skills.

Self-sufficient — can own strategy and execution as a one-person team.

Responsibilities

Set up lifecycle flows (welcome series, re-engagement, retention, win-back, etc.).

Build and launch campaigns in email, push, and SMS using Braze.

Manage big lists (1M+ customers), segment audiences, and use personalization (Liquid/SQL).

Run A/B tests and optimize based on what works.

Track results and share clear reports (opens, clicks, conversions, LTV impact).

QA campaigns before launch and document your processes.

Make sure everything stays compliant with GDPR/CCPA and CAN-SPAM.

Work with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with launches and promotions.
