The Opportunity
We’re expanding our Go-To-Market team and looking for a hands-on ANZ Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a high-impact role ideal for a seasoned marketing generalist who enjoys variety and thrives on delivering measurable results. This role will report directly to the Director of Go-To-Market & Partnerships.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of our marketing function in a scaling SaaS business and help shape our brand presence in the market.
In This Role You Will:
- Coordinate and run industry events, conferences, and webinars across ANZ
- Develop and implement testimonial and social proof strategies
- Co-ordinate with external agencies and freelancers to deliver results
- Help evolve our brand messaging and positioning across digital and paid channels
- Own content creation and communications including case studies, media outreach, and blogs
- Maintain and optimise our website, landing pages, and social media presence
- Collaborate with partners on co-marketing campaigns and initiatives to amplify reach, drive demand, and support go-to-market efforts
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology
- A metrics-driven mindset with hands-on experience generating and optimising for MQLs and SQLs.
- Proven ability to execute across paid social, SEO/SEM, email, and content
- Experience running B2B events and webinars to generate demand and drive pipeline
- Comfortable managing external marketing partners and creative agencies
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a growing team
Key Skills & Tools
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimise campaign performance and determine ROI
- Comfortable using or familiarity with tools such as (e.g., HubSpot), GA4, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, Go2Webinar (or similar)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messaging across digital channels, campaigns, and partner communications
- Confident creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress or other Web CMS platforms, with a solid understanding of basic web development principles (e.g., landing page creation, plug-in management, content formatting, performance optimisation)
Bonus Points (Nice To Have)
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing SaaS environment
- Background or exposure to the trades and construction sector
- Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and performance

Remuneration
Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 AUD (Excl Super)

This role is a strategic hire and a springboard into future leadership roles, with a clear path toward: Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing.
